SHIPPING

We use United Parcel Service for all of our shipments. At the time of placing your order, please specify which shipping method you would like:

  • UPS Ground
  • UPS Red (Next Day)
  • UPS Blue (2nd Day)
  • UPS Orange (3rd Day Saver)
  • UPS Saturday Delivery (if available)

PRODUCT WARRANTY

We stand behind the quality of our products and will repair or replace any product that is defective due to manufacturer’s defect. When contacting technical support with warranty questions, please give the product serial number so we can confirm date of purchase.

Our warranty periods are as follows:

  • Game Boards. 6 month warranty from date of purchase.
  • Monitors. 12 month warranty from date of purchase.
  • Bill Acceptors. 12 month warranty from date of purchase.
  • Amusement/Redemption Games. Please see information on our Amusement/Redemption Games page for warranty terms on specific products.
  • FotoMorph Photo Booths. 1 year limited warranty. (Please visit our sister site www.fotomorph.com for additional information.).

REPAIRS/RETURNS

All repairs not covered by our product warranty policy (including any products not originally purchased from us) will incur a labor charge. We will warranty our repair work for the longer of a) 90 days, or b) any remaining original product warranty period.

A 20% restocking fee may be applied for any returns.
